Our Story

Hi there— We are Twin Forks Spice Company.

A gourmet spice company founded in Water Mill, New York in 2026 by identical twin brothers.

We specialize in homemade blends and infused salts that use globally sourced, whole spices and local, seasonal produce when available. The Twin Forks of Long Island are known for their exceptional farms and produce, which form the backbone of our blends.

A Cut Above

Most pre-made seasonings contain so much salt—and other toxic chemicals—so we formulate ours without any so can get all the flavor without the guilt.

We know salt is still important, so thats why we created infused salt that provides so much more flavor than your standard stuff. You can salt at your own pace or choose to omit completely.

We are online ONLY at the moment. Events and pop-ups are to come very soon. Sign up for email updates and follow on social media for the most current events and posts from us!
We plan to distribute to local stores in Long Island by early May.
Most seasonings on the market are mostly salt and MSG. Our ideal customer is someone who actively reads labels, cares about what they put into their bodies and wants cleaner alternatives for authentic flavor.
Please allow 2-3 days for processing the order and picking a delivery window. We provide complimentary delivery in NYC and the Hamptons (Montauk to Southampton).
All delivery methods will be selected at check out.
